What is Yummy Mummy Week?

Put simply, it's fundraising events held by mums, for mums. We want you to get together with friends and family in Yummy Mummy Week and have fun whilst also raising money for children with cancer.

What sort of event can I hold?

Any event you can think of - no matter how much it raises, every penny counts! Amongst the most popular of events are Afternoon teas and cake sales, pamper parties, nearly new sales - anything goes! It can be as simple as inviting your mum friends to come round for a coffee morning for a small donation, or as extravagant as getting together with the girls to organise a Yummy Mummy party because you all deserve some fun!

How do I raise money?

Depending on your event, you could charge an entry fee , sell raffle tickets or goodies or you could even organise a sponsored event - like a 5k walk in your local park or a sponsored swim in pink cossies!

What if I've never organised an event before?

Don't worry - we'll supply everything you need to hold your event including posters, invitations, sponsor forms and a handy list of hints and tips. Or log onto our Facebook fansite to chat with other mums, share ideas and get some inspiration.

I'm from a company

Whether you run a business or are a consultant/franchisee, there are lots of ways for companies to get involved. Why donate a percentage of the proceeds from sales of a  product  in the run up to Yummy Mummy Week? Or rally all your staff together to dress up for the day and pay £1 for the privilage, or bake cakes and have a sale, the possibilities are endless! There are also sponsorship opportunities.
